
I have spent twelve years in the IT industry building on the ServiceNow platform, architecting and implementing the Now Platform end to end. A growing share of that work now lives where ServiceNow meets AI, which is what this blog is about.
Across those years I have delivered full product suites spanning ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SAM Pro, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, GRC and IRM, and ITBM, for enterprises across biopharma, telecom, energy, gaming, and healthcare. The work runs from CMDB and Discovery to Flow Designer integrations, Performance Analytics, and SAM Pro programs that turned ServiceNow into the source of truth for vendor audits. The throughline now is the one this blog is named for: I already know how to glide, the interesting work is learning to generate responsibly on top of data that matters.
